Hello Dinosaur Trainers,
After the most recent update, here are some of the issues we are currently aware of and actively working on resolving.
New Heroic Feature
- In order to ensure the best experience, we are temporarily delaying the introduction of the new Heroic skip node feature. The next Heroic Shard event starting on March 2 will not have this ability while we work to resolve the issue.
Watching Ads
- When watching multiple consecutive ads, an ad might sometimes freeze and not load correctly. The team is aware and working on resolving this issue.
- If this happens, please force close and relaunch the game. Ads should resume working at launch.
Trade Harbour Issues
[Update 4pm EST February 27, 2026] A fix for this issue has now been pushed. We will continue to monitor the issue.
We’ve seen a lot of your feedback on the Trade Harbour. Thank you for taking the time to write in!
- Currently, some trades for Dinosaurs for resources are capped at a maximum of 300 of that resource. This is not intentional and we are working on resolving this issue.
- Currently, players who are Hard Cash Fidelity members may experience two issues within the trader.
- Within Custom Trades, where custom trades are not available. This has now been resolved.
- We’ve been made aware that Fidelity Trades are not receiving their 2X bonus on Cash
Both of these issues are unintentional, and the team is working on resolving them.
Auto Battle Feature
- Thank you for feedback on this feature, and keep it coming! We will continue to review the experience as the community continues participating in events with Auto Battle.
Excavating Offer
- Certain players were experiencing issues with this offer. It has now been resolved.
