End of Support for Selected Android Devices

Hello, fellow Dinosaur Trainers,

Please note that support for selected Android devices has been discontinued following the release of Update 63. 

You can verify your Android device compatibility by doing the following:

    • Open the Jurassic World: The Game app.
    • You will receive a message prompting you to update the game – Click on the Update button to be redirected to the game’s Play Store app.
    • A warning message will be displayed if your device is no longer compatible with the game (This app is no longer compatible with your device. Contact the developers for more info.)

Thus, we strongly encourage affected players to log into their game on a supported device to resume their progress. Guest players can also contact our support staff at support+jurassicworld@ludia.com with their Support Key to transfer their account to a supported device.

Lastly, please note that updating your device’s version will not make your phone compatible with the game.
